High quality at a reasonable price—very satisfied with the performance. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relief for peroneal tendonitits *by L***. on December 5, 2021* Was suffering from peroneal tendonitis in my right foot. Dr. told my to try insoles or go to podiatrist. I started using these insoles about a year ago after my boss recommended them. Tendonitis went away and I can walk again! It wasn't until I started putting these in all my shoes, boots and slippers that I realized how old and worn down a lot of my footwear was. Absolutely no support in my slippers, they were completely flat and rather hard. I can definitely tell when I have been walking around without the insoles, the side of my foot starts hurting again. Had a set in my work shoes, home shoes, slippers, motorcycle boots, and winter boots or water shoes (depending on the weather/season). They were staying in place well at first, but for some reason they have now started to migrate forward. Still doing it even after I got a new pair. I have tried sticking a bit of tape under the heel which helps for a while but does not completely solve the problem. It is terribly uncomfortable when they move forward and the arch puts pressure in the wrong place. Also, as others have mentioned, there is not a lot of cushion under the ball of your foot. That plus the fact that these are 3/4 length make these insoles fit easily in most shoes. So, in summary, these have helped with my foot pain and are relatively inexpensive.
