A: Both and it’s a great tent for the price.

A: You'd have to contact the manufacturer or go to their website.

**Q: Is tent a popup? Video shows not a popup tent?**
A: Well it doesn't say it's a pop up and the video doesn't show it as one, so you may have answered your own question. That and it comes with poles.  But you do have to still pop it up after inserting the poles.  So i guess it depends on what your definition of pop-up tent is.

**Q: Is this a waterproof tent? Wanting to purchase for homeless person I know.**
A: It's water resistant. It does the job in light rains, but won't stay dry for long in a continuous heavy rain.
