Anyone who has prepared gluten bits, know they tend to be rubbery. However, these are juicy and flavorful. They are not over powering on the Curry, but if I do ever want more, then I just add some to the dish I put these in. They are great in a stir fry. I even love to eat these things cold as a snack, however they are a little bit pricy, so I enjoy them as more of a treat occasionally. I will continue to purchase them for as long as they are available.
