I like that it is foldable and can fit into a pouch the size of a tablet when not in use. The handle is smooth, so it feels comfortable holding it and it has a nice strap that you can wrap around your wrist, so you don't drop it by accident. Since it's foldable, you can even bring it on a plane, fold it up and put it in the seat pocket in front of you instead of putting it up in the overhead compartment.It has a nice black finish on it and is very solid. The elastic inside the cane allows it to fold up easily and the cane snaps into place quickly without any issue. The end of the cane has a round wide rubbery footing and grips the ground quite well. I like that it is adjustable to whatever height you may need it at.I train in martial arts and also teach cane self-defense class and so I wanted to test it for its durability. The end of the cane has a large rubber footing, so it was great to use when striking your target. I also discovered that i can make it behave like nunchakus which is great bonus because i can use it as a stick or as a nunchaku when defending myself.Overall, it is a great cane to have for your everyday or occasional use. I ordered and took this cane in my carryon on a cruise for “just in case”. It fit great in my suitcase. It folds and unfolds easily. The nonslip bottom is better than the one I used for my hip replacement. It seems very sturdy. Have no idea of longevity or how long the elastic piece that allows for the easy fold up then easy extension will last. My husband also used it for a few days and he liked it too. I could see ordering this to use permanently to have the convenience of the cane and then fold it up if you are sitting in a tight space or don’t want to lean or set it somewhere where it would be in the way. I would recommend and as of right now I would order again. Just can’t vouch for longevity.
