I have had memory foam pillows in the past and didn't like them. I was expecting a much bigger package but the pillow was condensed and rolled into a small sleeping bag size. I was skeptical of its ability to bounce back. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The pillow fluffed up in no time!! The size of the pillow itself is generously big. I'm the type of sleeper that tosses and turns with my pillow. It really takes a beating. I also have chronic neck and shoulder pain so I was hoping to find some relief. When I first laid down the pillow felt like I was suspended in air without any pressure! I felt like that my back adjusted and I had a release of pressure from the headache I had. I was sold!! I don't remember the pillow feeling hot and I didn't seem to toss and turn as much. The next morning my pillow was not the twisted little mess of a pillow but retained shape. After getting out of bed it bounced back to full fluffy status in minutes. My husband was itching to try it also. He was able to use it as if no one had slept on it before. It remained comfortable and fit his head an neck with precision. My daughter even spilled some juice on the cover and I was able to spot clean easily. The cover was easy to remove as I did end up putting it in the wash. This pillow was a win in my book. It exceeded my expectations! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars EXTREMELY Firm Pillow *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2016* Too firm for me, I'm a side sleeper. I tried it as a knee pillow, and it worked out great. Side sleepers do not need to purchase this pillow for the head pillow, but maybe for the knee pillow. It forms to your body, so alignment does not shift in the night.
