Yes they are very stiff and you may have trouble putting your griddles on top of these covers. All I had to do was to cut four corners, so our griddles can sit on the stove instead of the covers, but other than that the covers fit perfectly over all the burners on our GE stove, and we do not have any issues yet, the time will tell. Even though we have a long burner in the middle, I bought the covers with a round hole and still did not have any issues putting the cover on. I did try the one piece cover from a different seller and that one indeed did not fit over all the burners correctly and I threw that one cover away, but these thick three piece covers fit just fine. ### ⭐ Bad material *by D***L on April 4, 2025* If I could, I would give this product zero stars because it's horrible. The material is awful, and the sizing and holes are completely off. I ordered the correct size for my stove, but even after cutting them, they didn't fit and just kept bending and shifting.
