It’s just two handles and a piece of polypropylene woven rope with an extremely high drag coefficient. The energy output to rotate the Drag rope is exponential to that of a wire speed rope. The result is one of the best workouts you’ll ever experience due to the constant air resistance. Available in the following sizes: Small - For height ranges 4'8" to 5'2" Medium - For height ranges 5'3" to 5'8" Large - For height ranges 5'9" to 6'2" *Color of rope may vary as a result of the dying process. *Rope can stretch upwards of 6 inches when in use. *Tie a knot in the rope near the handle if needed.
