Blade is perfectly centered, lock-up is spot on at 50% and deployment is fast and smooth. The knife feels great in hand. I reversed the pocket clip to tip up and unlike a few knives I've bought recently, the holes were nicely tapped, the screws came out and went back in the other holes with no problem. The blade has a stonewashed finish which is my favorite blade finish for durability and looks. The grind on the blade is perfect and and sharp. The pocket clip is among the best I've ever used, simple and secure. I could have had this knife with a D2 blade but chose the Aus 8 instead. For an EDC work knife, I didn't wanna deal with the difficult to sharpen steel and have found for my use Aus 8 is perfect. I use my knives daily and have never needed more than a weekly stropping with green compound to return the edge to shaving sharp.
