I don’t remember this brand name (they worked well by the way). But here is one I found on the web with instructions similar to what I used. Amazon won’t let me post the link. Google dry ice packs usage tips. I just don’t remember the amount of soaking time, but 15 minutes sounds right. I also remember the instructions to weigh them down in the water so they stay submerged. When I was done, I put each sheet I soaked in it’s own ziplock bag (I was worried they would stick to each other when frozen) and then froze them for around 3 days before shipping them out. **Q: Since these reusable, can these be stored in shelf when not needed?** A: I store mine in a garage and use when I need them. **Q: How do you add the water and seal the cells?
