Die Illustrationen sind einfach gezeichnet aber sehr detailliert und ermöglichen eine genaue Vorstellung der Bewegungen. Dadurch ist es einfach, die Bewegungen richtig auszuführen und Verletzungen zu vermeiden. Trotzdem hohen Preis, sehr empfehlenswert.
