Review: Not New/Pd extra shipping and didn’t receive when promised! - Tank was supposed to be new. I also paid $60 to receive in 2 days. I did not receive when promised. The tank is horrible! All scratched up and rusted.

The toggle valve is not compatible with my Devilbiss i-Fill System so I will be returning the tank. Otherwise the tank is new and shipping was as promised taking a little over two weeks.
