We were having some guests stay in our spare bedroom for an extended amount of time and since we have already filled the closet in that room with our own stuff we wanted to give them a place to hang some jackets and stuff in the room. I got this because it was cute and the price was good. I don’t regret it. It came with some long strips of black foam that is sticky on both sides. We used it like padding where the unit made contact with the door (behind the cats) we cut little pieces and stuck them at those contact points to prevent the unit from making too much noise. Not sure what the real purpose of those was since there is no instruction manual - but we made do and are happy with the results. Our guests find it whimsical and are grateful for our thoughtfulness and we love that it’s a piece we can use for a long time and take with us even if we move. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Adorable but not for heavy things *by M***H on Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2018* I love this over-door hook thing.
