I use these daily and put them through a full charging cycle almost daily. They still work great. I'm not sure if they are the actual ones from Milwaukee but it doesn't matter at least in my case. These are as good or better than the authentic ones. So if they are fake they are damned good fakes and very much worth what I paid for them. Other than that not sure. A tip for you/ only buy batteries that are Milwaukee brand- there’s lots of imitators and from what I read about them the quality is very suspect. **Q: What is the manufactured date of the batteries as I have bought them before thinking they were brand new and they failed a month later past warranty?** A: Make sure you buy OEM not aftermarket as I have had a similar problem with nonmilwaukee batteries. All of my Milwaukee batteries have lasted for years.
