If you expect the typical Hershey or nestle dark sweetness then it's not going to be the same. If you're trying to cut on refined sugars and other synthetic ingredients, then you found your match. These tasted great to me. I loved every single one of them. My 2 favorites were coconut and raspberry. Yes they are on the expensive side. They're a small business after all and don't use the usual industrial ingredients. I've only tried the salted almond chocolate bar so far, but it was enough to make me regret purchasing four of these. I expected they would be less sweet than regular chocolate, obviously. What I did NOT expect was blandness. I can tell the ingredients were of high quality, but they just did not come together well. They should call this "Pure7 Vaguely Chocolate(ish)-Flavored Bar." If it weren't more trouble than it's worth, I'd return the damn things. Do yourself a favor and just make chocolate. Mix melted coconut oil, all natural cocoa powder and raw honey. Stick it in the fridge, and voila!
