If the temperature differential between the displayed and the displayed temperature (measured by a thermometer) is within 10°C/18°F, we do not recommend users to perform the temperature calibration. Once misused, the temperature calibration function, there then would be high risks of potential fire hazards due to human error. But if there is indeed a differential (exceeds 10°C/18°F) between the displayed and actual measured temperature, you can strictly follow the calibration procedures in the supplied manual to calibrate.
