It is extremely flattering! It shows off the right spots (Plunging neck-line shows off the girls yet has ample coverage somehow!) and it obviously hides the belly, if you want that (like me). Also, since you are on Amazon shopping for swim suit (some would call us crazy), I'd like to point out that this is suit is completely adjustable. It ties at all points: neck, back and hips, so it is really flexible and reduces the risk of having to fit perfectly right out of the bag. So as a preface, I am 5'9" and 200lbs. I usually wear anwhere from 13/15 or 14/16 or L or XL. I have large breasts, 34G or 36DDD if I'm lucky. I've had four kids and wanted a bikini with a little coverage in front for the saggy skin that my beautiful children blessed me with...lol.I think this suit was awesome in it's intentions but in reality, it's made in China and most likely for short torsos. The cut at the crotch at the front, on me, is cut too high because my height stretches it up. The cut in back actually fit my butt ok but i dont have a firm bubble butt either. The bust could work if the band under the breasts was up higher where it was supposed to be instead of the middle of my torso. Love the halter tie at the top and the tie at the back, this helps to lift heavy breasts. There are cups in the material that could be removed if like me your cup overfloweth. The bottoms tie to so you can eliminate muffin top, love this! Again for me tho, the bottoms were pulled up too high by my height.
