No matter what they will initially “shed” and leave a considerable amount of lint in the dryer but that is only the first few times you wash and dry them. Regardless, they are absolutely the best microfiber towel for washing my truck, especially since it’s ceramic coated and there’s nothing about the towel that will scratch my finish. **Q: Are these Chinese made?** A: The packaging did not indicate origin when I received them or I possibly missed it. Reviews I read stated they were Chinese made. **Q: Can these fit onto a swiffer mop?** A: If it's the type where you put the mop on top of it and then push the fabric in the slot. There are so many models out there. They are a decent size and would probably work. They might be a bit on the thick side. They are definitely a good quality towel. Good luck! **Q: Can I use laundry pods to wash these?** A: You can but "free and clear" laundry detergent or microfiber specific laundry detergent will get you way better results. Regular laundry detergent has built in fragrance and softeners. The fragrance leaves residue on the towels causing streaking and the softener will make it so the towel doesn't absorb like it should, It makes the towel more water resistant like. So yes you can but the towel wont perform as good. Also if you combine microfiber towels and anything cotton in the washer or dryer the microfiber towels will be covered in lint so try and wash microfiber towels with only other microfiber towels. Very plush and Very Soft... *by N***R on July 18, 2025* Update: 7/23/2025 - after another wash. These still produce a lot of lint.. and the lint gets stuck on any wax or wet detailer I use. They are the softest thing ever but.. the lint left behind ruins it for me and leaves stuff on everything and won't come off without using another type of microfiber cloth.. Retunrning. These have no edges at all. Should not Scratch My Corvette...!! I have a brand new paint job on my C6 Corvette and I am crazy bout not scratching it. These have no edges and nothing that should scratch my Vettes paint. I used one right out if the package and it had a very little lint on it when using a detailer spray. I use a California duster every day to remove the majority of dust and then a spray detailer and one of these towels to detail daily. No scratches so far. I plan to wash them and see what happens after that. I hope they hold up after a wash. Update: Day 2..
