Excellent heavy coating right up to the ring. Nice and slick dunk it a couple of times and even the thickest  river mud comes right off no problem. Painted then rubber dipped. Color matches out boat really well. Royal blue rope is a good match for this river anchor. Holds even in a high wind if set properly. All around a great anchor.
