When I bag them, I usually end up putting 3 in a bag to approximate 1 bar of a standard high quality bar. I can’t tell you what the weight is as I don’t weigh my bars. **Q: How much does each final chocolate weigh, approximately?** A: Approximately 30 grams **Q: Can you use this mold with wax melt wax?** A: Yes. I use them for wax melts and they are perfect. Pop them in the refrigerator for a few min and then carefully turn the mold over and the slide right out. Tap on the back gently if they resist coming out but I haven’t had any problems. **Q: Is the mold deep enough to put a filling in?** A: This mold is not really deep enough to fill with ganache, caramel or other type of filling. If you want to try, you will only be able to add a very small quantity of filling and the bar may become quite fragile. These are about 8 oz of chocolate the whole tray, give or take. They are very cute. When you temper the chocolate correctly, a gentle twist will release the chocolates very easily.
