This time around, I found applying heat to the incision location has been KEY in my recovery and THESE UNDERWEAR MAKE IT POSSIBLE to not just lie flat in bed with a heat pack on, but are practical during the leaving-bed-stages of c section recovery too. (Because that scar does take time to heal beyond the 'bed days' post operation...) Stays in place PERFECTLY, stays warm for what feels like hours....and honestly barely noticeable even under clothes. I call this my KANGAROO POUCH. :) The gentle snugness isnt a replacement for a belly binder but when it's just not practical or comfortable to wear a binder, it provides just a little extra support to feel in place and hopefully on the winning side of diastasis.
