These came packaged very nicely so they were flat and in perfect condition when they arrived. I cut my picture mats myself and managed a fair job. Advice: use a very sharp knife with a new blade to cut, otherwise the foam will tear and make a ragged edge. I did rip some surface paper with masking tape, which was disappointing. Just have to be more careful.
