This left some gaps between the ceiling and the lights some of which were too large to patch. I searched for a product like this and was glad to find it. These rings fit nicely over my new lights and were large enough to cover all of the gaps. To look at the lights now you would never know that these rings were not part of the lights as they look great. So glad to find this product as it saved extra patching and painting.
