Despite that, I did learn something new this time. The unit is working fine and was not difficult to install, especially since it was a replacement which I just had to use the old unit as a guide. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The product and company are great! *by G***G on January 11, 2019* I use the Pulsafeeder to pump chlorine in with my well water - part of the overall water treatment system. It works perfectly. I had some initial questions to make sure this was the correct model and Richard Hourigan (seller) went out of his way to help me. I recently had a problem with the pump running continuously and I wrote back to Richard. He replied immediately and helped me troubleshoot the problem which was NOT the Pulsafeeder but rather another part that I was also able to order through Amazon. Richard was great and he went out of his way to help.
