He works 12 hour shifts as a nurse. He puts an ice pack in this bag, and his food is still very cold when he eats after 10 hours. The ice pack was still frozen after 14 hours. And this bag is almost 5 years old! It has been excellent in every way. It's not falling apart, the zippers have worked flawlessly, there are no funky smells, it holds a lot, it keeps food cold, and he doesn't baby it in any way. Some day when it finally wears out we'll be buying another one.
