This is high quaility ginger. No coated sugar, no preservatives, decent spicy kick. I purchased the less sweet one but still semms a little bit too sweet for me. Other than that, good stuff. Eating this as snacks in cold days and drinking hot tea would be a good start of the day. Would buy again!

The Less Sweet Variety has the lowest sugar content of any candied ginger I have found online (I compared the serving size of about 15 varieties) It also tastes great with plenty of ginger bite for eating or putting in a drink. Great lidded container too. I hope this product becomes available again as it is the only one I want to buy.
