**Q: What is the diameter of this bowl in inches?**
A: They are 5" in diameter.  They fit a 350g-400g+ dough ball.  They take up less room in refrigerator than a proofing box (I put mine in a fridge drawer while doing controlled temperature)

These are great for the money. I can't fit the standard size proofing containers in my side-by-side counter depth fridge, these fit perfectly. I have 8 of them in total now and they clean up great. Have not had a single handle or "hinge" break or even stretch on me. I will continue to buy these!

We bought these because they fit inside the proofer. Can hold about two pizza dough balls about 280g in weight with room for expansion. So you're not going to hold a ton of dough in here but for a couple Neapolitan pizza balls that you are proofing it is great.
