Really is the best extract one can buy. Others might be cheaper, but nah. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Proof you don't have to give up on peppermint extract *by J***N on December 8, 2025* McCormick peppermint extract almost got me to give up on peppermint extract all together. The chemical taste that everybody describes is real. But Nielsen-Massey proves peppermint extract can be done right. Totally different from the McCormick product. I haven't yet baked with it but I use it in my coffee on a daily basis, which is a great way to test an extract. There's no where for the chemical taste to hide if it's there.
