Review: Great antenna. - Item came very well packaged. Be careful of the small grub screw when you remove the plastic as could be easy to lose. Works extremely well with President Walker CB and picks up distant signals. Works well when the skip is around. Very easy to adjust SWR. I have mine mounted on a trunk lip mount with a quick release and the SWR was pretty close to 1.0 across all channels out of the box. It can take freeway speeds easily, it bends back a bit but does not whip around. I’ve had good reports on transmit and seem to be getting good distances. I’ve tried a few different antenna’s and this is by far the best. Review: Good antenna in the right location - At first I did give this a bad review, I had a high swr with the antenna and I could put a 102 whip in the same set up and had good readings. I had it mounted on a Jeep between the tailgate and spare tire, which isn't the best location. I moved the antenna to the front fender and now it works great since it has a better ground plane. President McKinley radio and better location of the antenna I get a 1.0 swr.
