My only complaint, and really it is a nitpick, is that with all of the metal parts, the NO2 canister part has plastic threads, which concerns me for longevity. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I have made some batches of whipped cream and it was great! Easy to clean, flawless performance, and a reasonable price. The included brushes were the deciding factor in purchasing this along with the metal nozzles. I bought this on a whim. I have always seen my mother in law using hers, but have never actually tried it. This is amazing! Way better than trying to find my mixer and all of its parts! Its very easy to use, just add your whipping cream, sugar if you desire and a little vanilla, add the charger cartridge, shake it up and BOOM! Whip cream heaven. Its so easy to dispense even my 5 year old can do it. My kids like it because they can decorate their pancakes with a face, or just a huge pile of cream. This will be great to have on hand with Thanksgiving coming up for all the pumpkin pie!. Another feature is that a bottle brush is included. I would have never thought about how to clean it otherwise. We have been done with bottles for over 4 years now, and we don't actually own a bottle brush.
