Also, holes in the pole of the base were not aligned properly. I inquired to exchange the base, but was told by the Seller that they were all like that. The item came with no instructions, unraveling straw throughout basket, screws missing, and dirty from metal dust rattling and pouring through holes in the poles with movement.
