Chair came out 2021. Why are the reviews 2018?

The original RSP-110 was available in 2018, the generation 2 (110 Pro) was introduced in 2021. As both models are linked on the page all reviews are visible.

Any advice on getting the headrest fabric zipped shut? The material seems at its maximum stretch, but I can't zip it shut.

We suggest that you pull the fabric as tight as possible together at the teeth of the zipper and ensure that any excess fabric is pulled/tucked away from the zipper. It will not zip up entirely on one try.

how to separate the middle bar from base, so it can be returned?

To remove most gas cylinders you use a rubber mallet with wood buffer to bang it through the 5 star base from the bottom. To remove the shaft from the mechanism under the seat, a pipe wrench is commonly used with a "twist and pull" motion. For a stubborn cylinder shaft in the mechanism, you can try applying a little lubricant, but be careful to not lube the whole shaft because then the wrench will no longer grip!

Why is the grey fabric respawn chair which is what I ordered but when i look at the comments it shows a completely different chair that is faux leathe

Sorry but don’t know the answer. We ordered & received a leather fabric type chair.
