It really helps to support my belly, and it's soft and comfortable around the body. It does allow me to wrap my legs around it, but it's not thick enough to be as helpful there. I need another, thicker pillow for between my legs. One positive about it's sizes is that it's not too difficult or awkward to roll over while hugging this pillows like it can be with some other bulkier pregnancy pillows.
