After purchasing 3 units of a different brand. I and my family have become pros at using these types of items. The unit works best when not placing pressure on the lug nuts. The unit will spin internally and whack the lug nut to loosen them. The battery terminal adapter is a little on the flimsy side, so I use with BESTEK 12V 24V Cigarette Lighter Battery Clip-on Car Cigarette Lighter Socket Adapter. which will add almost 4 extra feet of cable. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JOY6U7U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Even though this unit has performed well.
