With the ease of preparation, and the amount of humus a container makes, I will switch to making Hummus this way. This was as great tasting as my homemade, but a lot more convenient to prepare, just open the packaging, squeeze the packets into the container, and stir with the wooden spoon that is provided. I used it as a dip with pita bread, Melba toast, and fresh veggies. Also, it was great on a Pita sandwich with fresh vegetables. I added the leftover to my Tuna Salad sandwich, and it made a nice addition. There are so many ways to use hummus other than as a dip, including salads, pizzas, pasta dishes.
