    Gorgeous when new, now not so much

Beautiful rug at a great price. I get so many compliments on it!Update: rug has not held up well. It’s shedding and is looking pretty bad now. Sad to say. It was gorgeous when it was new.

    Won’t lay flat!

I am disappointed- the rug will not lay flat. It is an absolute hazard. I have tried special rug tape, water and weights to no avail. To return the rug to Niagara Falls is cost prohibitive. I feel stuck and the company is not responding to my attempts to contact them.
