Comes with a few flavors of wood chips. They’re sample size but it really doesn’t take much wood to produce lots of smoke so this will actually last awhile. I brought the Premium kit which includes a large cloche and two cocktail balls. The cocktail balls are cool, however i discovered that one of them had badly blown glass that made the straw inlet too small to take the straw. I wrote directly to Homia and they promptly wrote back. They asked for a pic of the issue and as soon as I sent that they put a replacement cocktail ball in the mail to me. The replacement is perfect. Great customer service! Because of that I definitely recommend this brand over the others.

A: The gun does not light itself. The owner’s manual says do not use a torch or lighter to ignite the wood chips. Use a match to ignite it. The process is very quick and easy

A: Approximately 10 and 1/2 inches measured from the outside..

**Q: Why are the reviews for a smoke gun and not the bubble mixture, which this is? Scam?**
A: The answer is for the smoke gun because the liquid is absolutely no good. I ordered it twice. The liquid is a scam.

Don't mind my kids, they are dramatic. So, in the past few days I've been putting smoke on everything. I've been experimenting with smoking raw meat before cooking, vs smoking it afterward. I've been using this when I sous vide steaks, and it's the best steak I've ever had. The sous vide keeps the steak tender and the smoke gun gives it a subtle smokeness that is present but not overwhelming. Cheeses, spiked drinks, pork chops, sausages (shown in video) all taste better. I recommend finding the right woods to pair with certain things to make your experience even better.
