GIANTARM TPU Filament Black 1.75mm is a high-elasticity, abrasion-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane spool designed for professional-grade flexible 3D printing. Featuring a shore hardness of 95A and dimensional accuracy within +/- 0.05mm, it delivers smooth, clog-free printing with excellent bed adhesion. Vacuum-sealed and pre-dried, this 1kg spool is compatible with most desktop 3D printers, especially those with direct drive extruders, ensuring reliable, high-quality flexible prints every time.

## Description

HTML Giantarm TPU filament is featured by its high strength and flexibility, like a hybrid of plastic and rubber. The TPU filament has high abrasion resistance and low compression compared to rubber parts, especially at higher infill. In comparison with most common filaments like PLA and ABS, TPU must be run much slower. SPECIFICATION Recommended Extrusion/Nozzle Temperature: 195 - 230℃ Heated Bed Temp: 40~60℃ Printing Speed: 30~45mm/s Recommended nozzel diameter: 0.5mm or above Print layer thickness: not less than 0.25mm Chamber Temp: N/A Fan: ON PRINTING TIPS: Recommended for printers with direct drive extruder, 0.4~0.8mm Nozzles. With bowden extruder you might pay more attention to these tips: - Print slow 15-30 mm/s Printing speed - First layer settings. (Height 100% Width 150% speed 50% e.g.) - Retraction disabled. This would reduce messy, stringing or oozing printing result. - Increase Multiplier(Optional). set to 1.1 would help the filament bond well. - Cooling fan on after first layer. If you are having problems printing with soft filaments, firstly, and most importantly, slow the print down, run at 20mm/s will work perfectly. It is important when loading the filament to allow it to only just start extruding. Once you see the filament coming out the nozzle hit stop. The load feature pushes filament through quicker than a normal print and this can cause it to get caught in the extruder gear. Also feed the filament direct to the extruder, not through the feeder tube. This reduces the drag on the filament which can cause the gear to slip on the filament. It prints really good and seems to have good quality but I ordered purple glow in the dark not orange. They fixed the problem but they were all out of glow in the dark purple so they asked what color i wanted instead and i asked for glow In the dark blue and they sent me glow in the dark blue which i love the color and quality of it

i had to dry these for over 24 hrs before using and once ready to use, the spool unraveled excessively. the only way i could use this filament was directly out of the filament dryer. it unraveled and got jammed in my AMS. when placed on a single spool holder it just unraveled and caused jams. Same thing happen with the black spool of ABS i purchased too. I do not recommend this brand.
