Unlike other Bluetooth earpieces I've had before, people can't tell that I'm on a headset when I use this one, where they not only could tell with other ones, they didn't enjoy listening to me.I'm also quite impressed with the talk time and standby time. I talk to my parents for 40+ minutes a day during my daily commute in the LA area. I also talk to other people on it, and frankly, I have only charged it once in a few weeks, I don't know how it manages that, but it does. It uses a mini-USB type charger, so I can use not only the charger that came with it, but also my other chargers at work, in my car and everywhere else.The over the head band is adjustable, and is quite comfortable. I shave my head bald, so many units actually hurt, but this one doesn't. I hardly even know it's on. With my old wired headset, I was comfortable enough, but it dug into my head and left marks that looked odd for several minutes after I removed it (it made for odd looks a few times...) :-)I like the periodic BRIGHT blinking blue LEDs that let me know the unit is on, and I like that the lights blink RED when I turn it off. If I'm wearing the headset when I want to power on, or power off, I simply press and hold the power button for 5 or 6 seconds. It makes a rising set of musical notes when it powers on, or a lowering set of musical notes when it powers off, which audibly tells me what I just did in case I forget if I turned it on or off. The button is placed in an easy to find and press location in the middle of the earpiece. It also makes a "feelable" click when I press it, which is really a nice touch (no pun intended).When the phone rings, it plays a song to notify me of the incoming call. To answer, I need only reach up and touch the on/off button for just an instant. It's the same action to hang up.The microphone boom is well thought out as well. It is completely flexible, and can be moved or bent in any way I want. It also comes with a windscreen so I can breath or talk in wind without it affecting my conversation. I honestly haven't had the opportunity to use it in high winds, but have used it when walking and breathing hard, and my breath didn't affect the conversation even with the microphone right in front of my mouth.The only drawback, if I could even call it that, is that the volume buttons are a bit hard to feel for with my fingertips when I'm wearing the headset. I'm getting used to it though, and finding them easy to use if I just press where I think they are and I notice the volume changing accordingly.The design and engineering in this entire unit seems to be top notch and well thought out. It's a really good value at this price for the performance and how it's built. I almost got a different model to save money, but I am extremely happy with this one and am very glad I bought it even though it costs more than some. I anticipate this one will last a long time, and will be well worth the price.Considering everything about this headset, I don't find the volume button issue to be enough to downgrade ANY off of a full 5 Stars. But I also saw some very positive reviews that seemed genuine. The price was good, and it looked like it had the features I wanted - especially the ability to connect to two different phones since I have a work blackberry and a personal iPhone. So I held my breath and jumped in.Overall I'm very happy. It feels good, not too tight, and definitely not flimsy which was one of my objections to another wireless over the head set I'd bought previously. And it does indeed connect to two different cell phones (not at the same time of course, but that wouldn't be practical anyway). My only reason for giving the headset 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how they connect to each phone. And while a part of me feels that may not be fair since that seems to be a quirk of the phones, not necessarily the headset, I feel like that extra star would be for an item that works exactly as expected with no glitches and no workarounds whatsoever.On the plus side:-It was easy to connect to both of my phones-It works with both of my phones (iPhone 4 and Blackberry Bold)-The volume is actually quite loud, but it has volume control, so you can make it quieter if you'd like. With my previous corded headset I was constantly pushing the speaker tighter against my ear to hear everything. This one is so loud I knock the volume down a couple of notches to a good comfortable level and never worry if I'm hearing everything-The people I talk to tell me that the quality of my voice is quite good (and it eliminates a problem I had with the caller echoing in their own ears on the iPhone when I used my previous corded headset). Quality is good with both phones-I like the fact that the charge port is a standard micro-USB so I can charge it with my existing Blackberry charge cord-Battery life is good-I can push the button on the headset to connect to the iPhone and use its answer function and voice dialing functionNegative side:-Despite the fact that it functions with the iPhone for answering and voice dialing as written and expected, it doesn't dial out automatically on the iPhone if you don't use voice. If you select a number on the iPhone and hit call you then have to hit another option that you want the phone to connect to the P20 for the call. Not a big deal, but an extra step by hand and looking down-it doesn't behave correctly with my Blackberry Bold. When a call comes into the Blackberry if I push the headset button, it instantly ignores the call and the caller goes to voicemail. I'd like it to correctly answer whichever phone rings. The workaround is to push the answer button on the phone and wait the half second for the Bluetooth to automatically connect the call to the headset (which it does just fine)-The same goes for dialing out on the Blackberry. I have to pick up the Blackberry and push my answer button, then it connects just fine.Since these are the only problems I've had with the headset, and they have okay workarounds, I'm still happy with the device. I love that I can use it on both phones without having to manually connect and disconnect to switch phones. In terms of bluetooth functionality, it's as standard as it gets, and if you've owned a bluetooth headset before you will immediately know how to use this one once you locate the conveniently placed controls (volume up/down and power/action). The boom is flexible and just the right length to sit right next to your mouth. The earpad is articulated and folds in. The headband is adjustable and padded, so it's comfortable to wear even for an extended length of time.Call volume and quality are perfect at both ends; the earpad is clear and sufficiently loud, and the microphone picks up your voice perfectly without any background noise, even in a convertible with the top down at 60mph, a spectacular feat for such an inexpensive device.I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that instead of the usual proprietary charge connector found on inexpensive bluetooth products, or the mini USB connector on slightly better ones, this headset is charged using the ubiquitous micro USB connector.Even better, it comes with a standard USB to micro USB cable and both a car a wall adapter, which gives you maximum flexibility for charging -- not that you have to recharge it that often, mind you, thanks to the amazingly long battery life.It's hard to find any cons for the P20; it would be nice if it could fold up better and came with a carry case, but considering the quality of the product and its low price, those are inconsequential issues.
