A good buy if you have back pain/ knee pain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective pain relief. *by M***J on 3 April 2026* This has helped me immensely whilst suffering with a trapped nerve in my back, when the pain was intense this reduce the inflammation and eased the severity. The pack is well made with a nice soft side which can be placed onto the skin protecting it from freeze burn. It comes with self attached straps which I didn’t use as a little bulky, I just tucked the pack into my lower garments to hold. The freeze time was around an hour and lasted quite sometime as once cooler on one side you can flip it around, as the plastic side stays cooler for longer.
