I remember paying about 2.50 per bag of 2 oz. So they are close to 1.25 per oz. I think that you can do better with another company that sells them in a larger package. I just wanted to try them first. **Q: Are these hazelnuts blanched?** A: Honesty I am not sure. They are long gone lol. I bought them to decorate the torte and all I remember is that they were tasty. This was a small pouch so even if they are not blanched and you love baking like me you will not waste them.
