It was easy to clean and easy to adjust once inflated. I like not having to remove the pillow from my neck in order to add or release air. The storage pouch was also convenient. I didn't use the eye mask or ear plugs, but the mask seemed comfortable enough when I tried it on. My suggestion for improvement would be to make the portion at the back of the neck a little smaller, so the head doesn't have to lean forward when the seat is completely upright. I tried to deflate it slightly, but it only kind of helped. Additionally, it would be nice if the tie at the front of the pillow could be tightened even further.
