Review: Quality flooring, pain to install - First the pro. Once installed it looks absolutely beautiful! With white base and trim! Gorgeous. But..... that's where it stops. My guys are pros and they had difficulties the entire way. 400 sq ft. The biggest problem is that when they put the actual planks into the packaging to sell.. that's where the edges are getting damaged. They said they had to stop and inspect each piece carefully before installing it which took extra time. That 2 or 3 out of the 8 pieces in each box were damaged. I would have spoken to desertcart had I known this info sooner. They had to cut the damaged part off and it wasn't as usable. They made it work. I had purchased 2 extra boxes which helped. Would I purchase again? I don't know because these guys know the flooring and would charge more because it IS a pain. But.. it's gorgeous!

First the pro. Once installed it looks absolutely beautiful! With white base and trim! Gorgeous. But..... that's where it stops. My guys are pros and they had difficulties the entire way. 400 sq ft. The biggest problem is that when they put the actual planks into the packaging to sell.. that's where the edges are getting damaged. They said they had to stop and inspect each piece carefully before installing it which took extra time. That 2 or 3 out of the 8 pieces in each box were damaged. I would have spoken to amazon had I known this info sooner. They had to cut the damaged part off and it wasn't as usable. They made it work. I had purchased 2 extra boxes which helped. Would I purchase again? I don't know because these guys know the flooring and would charge more because it IS a pain. But.. it's gorgeous!
