His book, Classroom Management Success in 7 Days or Less is an amazing tool to help with any issues new and veteran teachers may face. He gives easy-to-use techniques to help with behavior and with engagement. I particularly love the chapter on engagement because we have all had the student(s) who seem totally unmotivated and "bored." This book gives techniques on how to get them engaged in fun ways that will make them want to attend class every day.
