I found this one online so quickly ordered it. It seems to help the dog with the flea problem as it is an outside dog so bugs and insects are a problem. The collar was large and had lots of extra room that we cut off and he is about 50 pounds or so. There was no powdery substance and it did not seem to irritate him at all.
