This product is great! Warms up quick in the microwave or toss in the freezer... so easy to use! Why order a couple? So you can use them however you want, whenever you want. I know I will be buying a couple extra now that I've tried it so I can leave 2 in the freezer at all times but have 1-2 on the shelf to microwave if I'm looking for some heat relief! Love that it comes with a Velcro strap to arrange the pack right where you need it - curve of the neck, shoulder, lower back.
