Taste-wise, it's very chocolatey with very slight fruit and sweet hints, and mouth feel is thick, rather malty and almost syrupy. It's so good! I can't recommend this enough, I can't say enough good things about it, and my recommendation is to just buy a bag and enjoy. I'll definitely be getting more. ------ Disclaimer: I French press all my coffee in a steel press, and use an electric kettle for careful temperature control of the water (202f at time of pour) and I pre-warm the press with warm water before brewing.
