In my case it helped my hair and nails to grow quicker. I didn't see that that my hair would become thicker, but definitely grew quicker. That one promotes hair growth/re-growth. It may be that you will notice an increase of your body hair in general as well. You need to regrow the hair first then you can think about taking biotin after a few months of saw palmetto.
