**Q: Once purchased how long does the ghost chili last for? For example, if i bought it now would it still be ok for a christmas present. Many Thanks**
A: Yes they will last a very long time.  Months if not years.  I chop them up along with other dried chillis from same company and put in a bottle of rape seed oil. Leave for three or four months rotating weekly. Great for cooking with. I also add them to mills to grind up over most of my meals.

**Q: Do they go out of date?**
A: Hi, We place 18 months on the best before label, if kept dry air tight dark cupboard etc then they will last years without losing flavour or heat, hope this helps, Steve

**Q: How many of these do you get in 10g and also how should i store them and how long will they last?**
A: To the best of my recollection you get about somewhere between 6 to 10 per pack. They are dried and I think should last a reasonable time. Time is never an issue with me and Chillies.  I put them in a coffee grinder and turn them into chilli powder and then add to everything. Very aromatic chillies with a good fruity taste and then a good chilli kick. I'd recommend them.

**Q: Do the pods still have the seeds in them?**
A: Hello, yes they do, but with drying chilli the seeds are usually killed off, any chilli seeds for sale requires them to be removed first as a rule to be processed properly for high germination - however plant enough seeds and you do usually get a plant, hope this helps, any queries just say, Steve
