They taste amazing and they have helped me cut down on sugar a lot. I do have 2 some days when I do crave sweet stuff more than once a day but 2 is always enough. I would drink more just for the lovely taste but I stick to the guidelines. I would highly recommend these these for anyone with a really sweet tooth. They seem a bit pricey for 14 teabags but after looking at the money I'm saving on sweet treats and having them help me lose the few pounds of weight I've been wanting to, I honestly can't complain.
