Review: Easy to take - These are good and I take 3 daily. So far I have had very few colds over the 4 years I have been taking them . They do look huge but I find them easy to swallow and if they don’t go over the first time well at least they taste orangey and not awful. I have probably just put the kiss of death on my no cold run but I won’t blame the vit C
